There are many reasons to consider relocation to Nevada, but one of the most obvious is the light tax burden, one of the lowest in the country. Nevada has no personal income tax, no estate or gift tax, and low property taxes. In fact, the January 1991 issue of Money Magazine ranks the state of Nevada as sixth in their list of "Tax Havens."

Another reason to consider Northern nevada is the unmatched quality of life. Lake Tahoe is ranked first by Rand McNally for its outdoor recreation. Reno is only 45 minutes away, offering an international airport and all the amenities of a metropolitan city with the charm and friendliness of a much smaller community. Even cosmopolitain San Francisco is only four hours away via all-weather Interstate 80.
