Ann Nichols

Ann Nichols entered the Real Estate profession at Lake Tahoe in 1972.  She has had both a California and Nevada Broker’s license since 1984.  After managing the Ed Malley Real Estate firm for 12 years, she subsequently purchased the agency in 1986.

 

Ann has been a Tahoe resident for 30 years and specializes in traditional “Old Tahoe” properties along with luxury lakefront and lake view homes.   She has the most comprehensive historical perspective in the Crystal Bay area and has established her reputation as an expert in this arena.  In addition, Ann has closed significant commercial sales transactions in the Reno area.

 

Her affiliations include membership in the Tahoe Sierra and Incline Board of Realtors, which includes a combined sales force of  790 Realtors.  She is recognized as an expert witness in real estate litigation.  Ann maintains ongoing advertising in the Homes and Land periodical along with a collection of local newspapers and realty magazines.  Her staff consists of 4 full time salespeople and 1 assistant.

 

Along with her successful career in Real Estate Ann has found time to be an accomplished water colorist/oil painter and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.

 

As a consistent multi-million dollar producer, Ann assumes the role of a highly professional Broker allowing her clients to make educated choices for the perfect California or Nevada property.   Her company emphasizes customer service, client satisfaction, and long-term relationships with repeat transactions.
